Casa Mexicana in Bristol

We love Casa. The food is always great. Prices are incredible for what you get. $2.00 wine on happy hour? You won't find that anywhere. Their margaritas are great. Try the strawberry on the rocks. It's my husband's favorite.

The food and service was good. Was not offered any drink refills and they added a .69 cent surcharge to the bill for using a debit card without telling us about it. Seen no notice on the menu or the counter about this and they just tried sneaking it past us. Eat out quite often and have never seen this done before. Be aware

Great food and wonderful service

Pretty good for TN Mexican, but nothing like the excellent Mexican food we had in Los Angeles.

The severice and food are always amazing no other Mexican joint in the area is worth going to! El Grande, fajitas, and the Casa Burrito Especial are our favorites!

Great food friendly staff

The service was great they were very polite and my girlfriend and I enjoyed the music definitely will be eating there again.

You are probably asking why I posted this picture? This is what was left after I ate all I could from their carnitas plate. Not only was it amazing but the portions are seriously legit! Great salsa, could be a tad chunkier but great flavor and onion/tomato/cilantro balance, good queso, amazing steak (my wife's meal), amazing Guacamole. I would definitely recommend and if I am within an hour away will return! Great service too!

This Margarita is HUGE ( and so so good!) Casa Mexicana was our final stop before home after a week's vacation in Pigeon Forge.. Their Margarita is a MAR-ga-RITA

I wasnt given any silverware until after my food and on top of that I had to send my food back bc it wasnt done when I spoke to the manager all he could say was I'm sorry they never tried to make things right or make sure my family and I was taken care of. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone they obviously don't care about their customers or making money.

Love Casa. You can’t go wrong here. Chips and queso is to die for. Their grilled chicken quesadillas are phenomenal and their fresh fajitas come out sizzlin’. Also try their homemade margaritas. Pro tip — the frozen margs have twice the tequila ;)

Literally Always on point! & we did "To Go" Got home it was still 🔥 but i threw it in our air fryer, got the cheese dip on the side, poured that yum-yum on top & reheated for 6 minutes! #ShrimpChimichanga🌯🍤 Like we never left Casa!! Always prestinly clean! 👏🏽👏🏽

Our very cute server, gave us decent service, but was a little slow. The food was amazing. I can say better than La Caretta.

Arrival time was approx 2:30. We were seated in approx 5 mins which was great! We sat looked over the menus selected our choices and waited. While waiting we watched several others enter and be seated immediately. We finally were brought a basket of chips, salsa, and their house sauce. We continued to wait for someone to come take at least our drink order. Several waiters passed us in this time seeing nothing on our table. We all agreed to wait just 5 more mins. Before the 5mins was up we walked out due to the waiters attending to the tables that had just walked in that was right beside us and behind us. I called the store after leaving at 3:15pm only to be notified that the store manager was on break and wouldn't return until 6pm. So I was stripped of the ability to make a legit complaint of the shity service. So this was my 1st and will be my last experience here. Good luck if u go!

Some of the best Mexican food in Bristol. While the decor is nothing fancy, the food is some of the best Mexican food in the Bristol TN/VA area. I have only encountered one other Mexican food restaurant in Hampton VA that offers food of this type that is almost as good as Casa Mexicana. This place is so popular they actually need a bigger parking lot and more tables. I will definitely be returning when in town again.

The food was great. The staff was quite. He came by and would check on us. Not that it was a bad thing. Like are chips were low. He walked to the table looked at the chips walked away and then came back with more. It was the same with the drinks.

Today June 1st, 2019. Came here for dinner with my mother in law, hubby, and sister in law. The messed up three times on my sister in laws foods. Took for every to give use our refills and didn’t cook my mother in laws food. We asked for more chips because there was so many of us and it took them forever to bring them. The brought us more chips upon our food coming. Not really a busy night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any family because of how slow they are on a night where there’s really no one here. It’s after 7pm. Over all food was good once they fixed it all.

Very good place to eat Mexican. And a great price. It only cost 30$ for 4 people. Great service as well :)

My family and I usually end up eating here several times a month. The food is delicious, fresh and hot every single time. Staff are always friendly and the food comes out fast almost every time. The chips, salsa and cheese dip are great but the spicy ranch style sauce is the best! Not exactly sure what it is but have never had it at any other Mexican restaurant. Pricing isn’t expensive and we always leave very satisfied. Highly recommend

Great for drinks. Not so much for food. $3.50 for 1 taco is kinda ridiculous. Overall I guess decent spot for drinks. Not for food. 👍🏽

Best Mexican cuisine around, fast and friendly service.

I have been enjoying authentic Mexican food here at Casa Mexicana for about three years.. I like the laid back atmosphere of this place, very inexpensive..if you like Mexican food I recommend this place..

You have to try this place out. It has the best grilled chicken nachos. I would eat there every day if i could. Prices are right on and you will not be disappointed.

The food was OK. Basic Mexican food. We were left alone in a room with tables that hadn't been bussed for the hour we were there. I had to find the server to get drink refills. No luck on the chip refills. I suggest trying another place if you have the choice.
